FLASK TIPPING SYSTEM

The FASDOC system is utilized at the loading station for the discharge of flasks during the loading cycle of the skip utilizing a double acting hydraulic system.

Once the skip is in the loading position the hydraulic system is actuated to discharge the ore from the skip. The system is PLC controlled and it greatly decreases skip loading time. The system can be integrated into the existing loading sequence procedure to suit specific client design requirements and specifications.
