Leveloke Skip Holding System

This Levelok” system is designed to secure a skip in the shaft during the loading process. This system reduces spillage by holding the skip steady during load transfer and then controlling rope stretch by gradually releasing the Levelok* clamps.

The system is installed at the loading station. The skip is fitted with T-bars, onto which the clamps engage, securing the skip in position during loading cycle. This reduces spillage and the transfer of shock to the rope. The system can be integrated into the shaft’s existing production cycle to form part of the automated loading cycle.
