Smart Cage System

Our regenerative system is primarily designed to efficiently charge the onboard WJ Smart cage battery pack as the conveyance moves up and down the shaft. This eliminates the necessity for frequent battery replacements in the conveyance.

In addition to its energy-saving capabilities, our WJ SMART Cage system is equipped with courtesy lights to enhance visibility during shift changes. Furthermore, the inclusion of shaft inspection lights facilitates easy underground shaft inspections.

The onboard control system of the WJ SMART Cage system continually monitors the various onboard systems to streamline preventative maintenance by notifying the winder when any system issues are detected. This monitoring includes the Levelok system, battery status, communication systems, and other additional components integrated into the conveyance. This advanced monitoring capability can be accessed both onboard and remotely, ensuring effective management and maintenance of the conveyance systems.
